Set in a tranquil suburban garden, Tea on 23 is the ideal place to escape the rush of modern life for a moment or two, or even to linger for hours.

Tea on 23 is open Monday to Friday, 07.30 am to 17.00 pm, and serves a full range of teas and coffees, breakfasts, home-baked goodies, and food from the menu or specials board all day.
