The following is a detailed description of our expertise and our management’s past experience in each of the above disciplines.

SUPPLY FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF STRUCTURAL STEEL:
We can supply detailed shop fabrication drawings and also supply and fabricate Structural steel buildings, Conveyor Gantries, Drive Houses, Cage Bridles, Cage Skips, Chutes, Launders and Pump stations.

FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF PIPING:
We can supply, fabricate and erect piping to any diameter and pressure rating.
Our Management has been involved in various piping contracts:

SUCCESFULY COMPLETED WORK:
To date we have successfully completed the following;

 Fabrication and installation of crusher’s underflow chutes;
 Fabrication and installation of new Brown Tanks overflow launders;
 Removal and installation of new Girth Gear complete with new drive pinion, bearings including alignment of the complete drive train on a Primary tube Mill;
 Installation of C5 Pumps complete with delivery and suction piping;
 Fabrication and installation of dump extension;
 Fitting of new ball feed end;
 Reverse Rotary Dryer Girth Gears, Installation of new pinion and completes drive train alignment;
 Manufacture and erection of new Dewatering tower complete with underflow and overflow boxes, separators and all associate pipe work;
 Bridle;
 Fabricate Mill sumps and install;
 Gearbox repairs;
 Box fronts;
 Hopper repairs;
 Rubber liners;
 Manufacture & erect structural steel;
 Mill maintenance (Girth gear, pinion replacements alignment of gearbox and motors);
 Repairs on C5 bearing assemble, D Frame Pumps C Frame Pumps

REPAIRS MAINTENANCE AND SHUTDOWNS ON MINE MACINERY

Through the years we have obtained vast experience in this field and our management is well known by all major Mining Companies.

 Removal of old feed end on ball mill including installation of new mill feed end;
 Removal of old discharges end on ball mill including installation of new mill discharge end.

Also note that we are fully conversant with the latest laser alignment technology and we can arrange alignment inspections on Tube, Rod Mills and Winders.

SAFETY AND HEALTH

We are fully aware of Safety and Health and adhere to all aspects of safety management and loss control. We have received special awards for applying Loss Control and safety in my section on the mine.

Also note that we are fully experience in Project Management and we utilize Microsoft Project, Project Management Software for all our Bar charts, Network and Recourses planning.
