Founder of The Strengths Institute, Dries Lombaard was trained at the Gallup University in the fields of strengths-based training, coaching and consulting. Thought leaders at the Strengths Institute, Together with their team of affiliate coaches, Dries have coached more than 2 000 individuals and countless teams since 2005. Dries is also the only strengths-coach outside of the USA to be invited members of the Gallup strengths coach advisory forum. Dries also serves as an executive board member of the Strengths Leadership Institute.
