1995-08-06, born Chulumanco Konzani Ntlanganiso in Duncan Village, East London,
StreetWise(or ‘Chudos’ to his friends and homie) came
into the world during an intense period of political
turmoil and racial oppression.Chudos was raised by his grandmother in Mooiplass at Mzwini location, not
knowing his father and believing that his mother
was his grandmother. At the age of 6, Chudos moved to Duncan Village with his mother to escape his
violent, alcoholic step grandfather.The dusty ghettoes of the East London are
notorious around the world for their harsh
conditions, rampant poverty and crime.These are
conditions made me strong and determined
to survive.
