Stellenbosch Care

Stellenbosch Care is a therapeutic practice for those suffering from substance abuse and other self destructive behaviours.

The practice was founded by Julia Sharkey and aims to assist individuals who need more intensive care for drug and alcohol addiction.

To this end, Stellenbosch Care offers an out-patient program after hours so individuals are able to resume their daily responsibilities, such as work, studying or parental responsibilities; as well as brief intervention for individuals who do not need intensive care.

Julia Sharkey also offers counselling to clients who are facing challenges such as low self-esteem or relationship difficulties . She practices in Gardens, Cape Town at LightWise Wellbeing.
