• CATERING - ALL FUNCTIONS - WE DO IT ALL
All our spits are full stainless steel units.
• WE COME TO YOU - any functions(Weddings , birthdays , celebrations , yearend functions you name it and we do it)
• Mr. Nelson Mandela was one of our valued clients and many more
• We cater for min 50 – 5000 persons and have an ox spit
• We use infra red burners to maximize cooking time and to ensure meat is cooked right through.
• The spit has its own drip tray to ensure no mess with no fuss.
• With the infra red burners there is guaranteed no smoke.
• With the spits being stainless with a drip tray all the meat and some of the starters all get served from the spit to make sure food is served warm.
• At the client’s home, the client needs to supply a table with a tablecloth for the lay-out of salads and cutlery and crockery.
• We arrive 3.5-4 hours prior to the function
• The spit cooks on gas but electricity is needed for the rotisserie.
