Spiral Healing

I am currently studying Kinesiology through The International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice and as part of my skills development I am offering free kinesiology sessions to friends and friends of friends until I qualify and am able to charge for them.

Kinesiologists use muscle feedback as a stress monitor to identify imbalances in their client's structural, chemical, mental and emotional energy systems. By correcting these imbalances the kinesiologist is able to re-activate the body's built-in healing ability as well as identify external factors affecting the client's well-being.

My healing room is nestled at the foot a majestic mountain, next to the ocean in Castle Rock. Castle Rock is a small village situated between Simon's Town and Cape Point.
* elderly people will unfortunately find it difficult getting to the room due to a reasonably steep incline of the mountain.
