Spatsels Beach House

The name “Spatsels” (sea spray) says it all of this beach house so close to the beach, you can virtually taste the sea and breathe in the sea air. A panoramic view from the open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room allows you to watch the whales at play, surfers braving the waves and kids playing on the beach.

A change of scenery is as easy as moving from the front verandah to the side verandah while “braai-ing” at the same time.

This is a home with a history. Built in 1954, it is imbued with wonderful childhood memories and reminders of many an artist and writer who enjoyed its unique ambience through the years. In 2008 it was converted into a warm-hearted, open plan holiday home where you can hang your hat and rest your soul.
