South Coast - Ramsgate

I have a holiday unit that's available in Ramsgate on the South Coast of Natal. The unit is just 800m from the Ramsgate swimming beach and 5 km from Margate. This unit is in a secure complex with only 8 units so it is ideal for pure relaxation even during the peak season.

Trust me,....this unit is extremely spacious and this is certainly what you want whilst on holiday...

The unit has a main bedroom with an ensuite with shower and a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a second bathroom with a tub.

The open plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped (including washing machine and tumble-dryer) and flows open plan to a small dining area and very comfortable lounge with flat-screen television, DSTV Access Bouquet and DVD player. This leads onto the large enclosed patio area that has a 180 degree breathtaking sea view with large opening slider windows to enjoy the ultimate sea breeze.

The complex has a communal braai area.
The unit also has its own lock up garage.

Take note that all linen is provided in the unit but you will need to bring along your own bath towels.

Rates are as follows / day:
Low Season ZAR 350.00
High Season ZAR 600.00
Peak Season ZAR 950.00

Additional to this is a standard cleaning and admin fee of R490 irrespective of season.
So just to give you an example:
If you book for 1 night in the low season - R490 + (R350x1) R840
If you book for 5 nights in the low season - R490 +(R350x5) = R2240
