We have been trading since 2011, but we were formally registered in November 2012only having two people working on the events and now have a team and recently registered as a Private Company. We have created different types of packages and combos for different types of events and currently have a wide database of clients who are individuals, companies and schools who do weddings, Parties, traditional events, Portraits and Festivals. We have young specialists who are good in certain departments that ensure that memories are as best as possible.
We started we were students and got famous of being “Photographers” in school. Then grown into Parties’ later weddings and now SOTOBE ENTERTAINMENT has targets in different segment of the market and has been rather successful when looking at growth over the years.
We have been working across KZN and traveling to different areas from Newcastle , Empangeni , Dundee and many others and intend on visiting a lot more areas and even working outside the borders of KZN. We currently have an average of 50events per year and hoping to increase the number s about 20 is all between November and December.
We run an annual schools project that focuses on capturing students and print individuals portraits and class photographs. This project runs between January and May every year, we have a lot of competition in this avenue and still have a lot of growth potential and opportunity.
We have worked with individuals as well as organisations in different types of projects and now have over 200 clients on our database. Most of the learning’s were mostly trial and error and has proven to be the best teacher to equipping us into being the contenders in the industry.
