Sonani Training and Communications cc was established with the aim of providing professional training, Public Relations, recruitment solutions and staffing and Self-empowerment for women and youth, the company is a 100% black female owned SMME (Small Micro and Medium Enterprise) consisting of HDI (Historically Disadvantaged Individuals).

The Company is Services Seta Accredited. The organization enhances its skills base by forming strategic partnerships with various stakeholders and individuals. These partners have a long term agreement with the organization to provide specialist services at periodic intervals to internal and external stakeholders.
