Solidarity Recruitment was started in June 2016 by Megan Eckert. Megan comes from a background of 9 years experience within recruitment from both a recruitment agency and corporate company.

Solidarity Recruitment's primary activity is Permanent and Temporary Staffing recruitment for either single, large volume or ongoing staffing requirements. We recruit at all employment levels from junior to senior across the IT Industry and more recently into the Creative Market.

The service to clients includes screening, referencing, matching and placement processes, built on a foundation of trust and in-depth understanding of both client and candidate needs and values
