Skwe One Rehabilitation

Iziko inc. is a social enterprise that develops and up-skills substance abusers.

The substance abusers currently targeted are individuals whom have successfully qualified to be admitted into a state owned rehabilitation centre in which the Iziko Rehab programme operates in. The programme is open to all willing service users from week 3 of their rehabilitation journey, in the Iziko rehabilitation programme the service users enrol in business classes, life coaching sessions, welding classes (practical and theory) and Job readiness sessions.

Once the individual leaves the rehabilitation centre he/she receives stock of the Iziko Stoves, for him/her to sell in his community as a way to build start- up capital for any business he/she wants to start. Some individuals want to further their education and some want to get employment, the commission received from selling the stoves can be used alternatively for such, it all depends on the personal growth plan of the beneficiaries’.
