Sidebar

Sidebar is an urban bar adjacent to Spiga’s main restaurant that has been treated with a modern and fresh approach in line with international bar and restaurant trends.

Although the Sidebar acts as an extension and waiting room for Spiga, the space will also function as its own unique dining experience. The Sidebar aims to create a new culturally rich environment and experience for Durbanites to indulge in.

The overall design approach can be defined as industrial and functional with an air of sophistication and warmth. Sidebar provides the perfect atmosphere for people to share food, sip wine or craft beer and engage in conversation.

Sidebar will also host a number of dynamic art, film, music and cultural events, including craft beer evenings and tastings and of course will be home to the Champion’s League.
