The company is governed by a principal founder Mrs Agnes Mathivhi who aims to challenge the status quo by playing a pivotal role in up-skilling some of the youth within the 517 000 Tshwane unemployed youth due to lack of life skills and training. We incubate, groom, develop and train aspiring fashion designing by giving them both soft and hard skills i.e. business management, entrepreneurship, administration, basic computing, marketing, branding, project management and etc. We have partnered with Mahlalela Corporation (Pty) Ltd to serve and transmit these set of skills. We are opening business opportunities for skilled fashion designers under our belt and beyond by giving them frenchise opportunities so as to meet our prime objective and dominate the Tshwane market. Our focus is within the LSM 1-5 in rural, peri-rural and peri-urban for both youth and Adults who need to be independents and be their own BOSS under our micromanagement program.
