Shimmertone Music

Shimmertone Music was founded by South African composer Celeste Monteith. Trained in film scoring at Berklee College of Music in Boston and with an orchestral background, Shimmertone produces music for a variety of visual media forms. Genres vary from cinematic orchestral music, hybrid scoring with electronic music, and world ethnic music depending on the needs for each project/production track genre.

We use Logic Pro and Pro Tools in the studio with a variety of sound libraries for every soundscape. Live instrument recording is possible for larger budget productions.

The studio is based in Pretoria, South Africa, but works over the internet for clients based anywhere in the world.
