Sheer Property management (“SPM”) is a newly formed private company wholly owned by Nkululeko Nkuna and Nelisiwe Nlapho, Esther Sentso and Tebogo for the purposes of managing and assisting in the sales and purchasing of commercial and residential property. Sheer Property Management was inspired by an increased need in the real estate and property for new innovative management and solutions for property owners and landlords who are not able to support or maintain their properties in and around Gauteng it fills the void in the local Southern region for the rental housing market by providing clean, well cared for rental homes to well qualified tenants as well assist in the selling and buying of property for its clients. Sheer property takes pride in providing quality for both tenant and landlords hence neither the homes nor the tenants are chosen on a hasty basis, but rather on decisive, designed and methodical basis. The property selection process is rigorous and based on long term investment standards and tenants are personally evaluated our tenant screening process and the owners. Sheer Property Management believes the key to successful property management is to be committed for the long term in the property and tenant selection process.

The owners of Sheer Property Management are committed to supplying quality accommodation and housing, driven by the passion for management and quality. Nkululeko Nkuna is a young ambitious entrepreneur who has owned an entertainment company for 3 years; he is well educated in business studies having studied Marketing and Business Marketing at Damelin for 4 years. Nelisiwe Nlhapo is former Boston student having studied media studies she is well informed on trends and innovative at most.
