To honour this rich history, we are re-defining our flagship restaurant as a tribute to the spices that formed and influenced our local cuisine. The dining experience will include dishes from Africa and the East including Madagascar, Zanzibar, India and Malaysia. This mouth-watering cuisine will include Bobotie with Bitter Almond and Apricot Chutney (South Africa); Chicken Olives & Lemon Tagine (Morocco); Zanzibar Fish Palau (Zanzibar) and Aubergine in a Spicy Chilli Sauce (Indonesia) - to mention but a few.
