Seabird Villa features a Master Suite with bath ensuite, and private balcony capturing magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of St. Martin beyond. The Study on the lower level with its own private patio, completes the East Wing, and can be utilized as an extra bedroom.
The West Wing's upper level hosts 2 guest bedrooms - one with a Queen Bed and the
other with a Twin Beds. Each with bath ensuite and opening onto a patio with fantastic views of the sea.
The lower level features an additional bedroom with queen size bed, bath ensuite, as well as complete laundry room and storage areas. A fully equipped chef's kitchen, spacious, open living and dining areas, and a screened in porch complete the main floor. The private infinity edge pool is surrounded by expansive decks for dining or sunbathing, furnished with lounges and umbrellas
