Welcome to Scientific Edge Personal Training. I (Alex) am an Exercise and Sport Scientist who can provide you with specific training that will get you the results you are after. I DO NOT promise a quick fix, or that you will lose 5kg in 5 weeks, because quite simply it is not a healthy or sustainable change to the body. I will help you create realistic short term goals to ensure that step by step you crush your long term ones! I am not a fan of gimmicks or training fads, I believe if you regularly work hard and eat well then your body will react in turn at a rate that suits it best. I prefer to focus on correct technique rather than super heavy weights to eliminate the risk of injuries and ensure clients are bio-mechanically sound.
