Very neat and well-equipped short and long term rental in Vermont.

Fully furnished and equipped to feel like a home away from home.

It is suitable for a single person as well as a family with two young children. And if you want to bring granny and grandpa, we have a room for two with a bathroom downstairs with separate entrance.

The Flat is equipped with the following:
1. One double bedroom. sleeper couches for two young children.
2. Open plan Kitchen/Living area with an indoor braai. You can also use the downstairs outdoor braai facility.
3. Washing Machine, Stove, Microwave, Fridge
4. Fully equipped kitchen
5. One bathroom - shower and loo only.
6. TV with DSTV - Compact Select package. If you want the full package it can be arranged and will be for your account.
7. Off Street Covered parking
8. 5 Min walk to the beach
9. For holiday stays of more than 5 days, clean linen and cleaning will be included in the fee.
10. Separate Entrance

Unfortunately NOT suitable for pets. The flat is available for short or long term rentals. Short term rentals are considered holidays, weekends (min 2 days) and rental of up to 3 months.

Long Term Rental requirements:
1. Must be employed - proof required
2. Deposit equal to one months rental
3. Monthly Rental includes WiFi and Water & Electricity (unless there has been excessive use) R4 200.00
4. Cleaning & Ironing is additional but available.
5. All Linen and Towels provided - just bring own swimming towels.

SHORT TERM STAY in Season:
1. R800 pd for the unit (2 adults +2 children)
2. If making use of downstairs room, suitable for 2 adults - add a R100 per person to the unit price.

Out of Season: R550 per day for the unit and R50 pp extra for the downstairs room.

LONG STAY RENTALS
1. R4200 per month excluding cleaning but including WiFi (Reasonable use) and Water & Electricity.
2. Deposit of R4200 payable upfront, together with proof of employment and a reference from a previous landlord required for successful Tenant.
