A house in Chintsa East, 40 km from East London, at ground floor level, is available to rent from 1 October 2017 to 14 December 2017 and again from 17 January 2018. The house has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and sea views. It also boasts a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower. An outside shower with hot and cold water is the ideal place to rinse off when you return from the beach.

Full DSTV is available, as well as board games and storybooks. The wide veranda with a view of the sea offers another spot to relax. At the bottom of the steps is a built-in barbecue, and everyone usually sits on the steps to keep the braai chefs company while the children play on the lawn. At the back of the house is a shaded patio with a garden table and two benches

Secure covered parking behind a palisade fence provides peace of mind. There is also an alarm system in the house.

The first floor has it's own separate external staircase. It is not available to rent, but is sometimes used by the family. Please send a private message with your query about availability and rates.
