Sancta Maria 69 & 71

The complex offers secured, controlled access, a splash pool and access to the beach, via a path that runs along side the complex. Sancta Maria 71 has two covered parking bays & Unit 69 has 1 parking.

The main swimming beach with life guards is situated 700 metres from the apartment.

The spacious main bed room offers, BIC and a queen-sized bed and en suite full bathroom, which includes a beautiful beach view and opening a sliding door, onto a covered patio.

The second bedroom has one tri-bunk which can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 1 child / adult with BIC

The third bedroom has a single bed and has BIC (Only Unit 71)

The second full bathroom accommodates a washing machine and tumble dryer, for your convenience and services both the second and third bedrooms.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher to make your stay as homely and as comfortable as possible. There is adequate cupboard space.

The dining room has a dark wood table and six chairs to enjoy your family meals or get together.

The decorative furnished lounge comprise of 2 couches, LCD TV, with full Dstv and a sliding door opening onto a covered patio, with chairs and a table, where you can enjoy a meal prepared on a braai / bbq.

All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, bedside lamps and side tables.
