SA School of Cookery

We are a Culinary School situated in Capital Park Pretoria. We offer classes in 3 City and Guilds accredited courses; Culinary Arts Certificate, Culinary Arts Diploma and Patisserie Diploma. We also offer some short/fun courses where you receive an attendence certificate. We offer two intakes a year, February and July. Each City and Guilds accredited course is a one year course where the student has 6 months theory and practical classes at SA School of Cookery and then they have 6 months practical in an industry placement. When the industry hours are completed, the students then write their City and Guilds exam and when they pass they receive an international accredited diploma or certificate
