SA Property Investors Network

South African Property Investors Network (SAPIN) has been hosting live property investor networking events since 2013 mainly in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town. In 2016, SAPIN expanded their events into Durban and collectively have had over 4,000 people attend their events.

Warren Brusse and Andrew Walker who are experienced local and offshore property investors are the original founders of SAPIN and are still directly involved today. The primary reason for hosting these events is to add value to the individual property investor. SAPIN has a unique property entrepreneur education and investor networking approach.

Today there are 43,000+ people interacting on the SA Property Investors Network Facebook Group and 930 people who have joined the SA Property Investors Network via our Johannesburg (400), Pretoria (260), Cape Town (230), Durban (40) Meetup Groups.

As from 2017, Real Estate Investor Magazine (REIM) is coming on board as SAPIN’s full-time partner and host. REIM is South Africa’s leading print and online magazine targeted at investor’s who want to build wealth through property investment. REIM is an invaluable investor resource tool for education, information, advice and inspiration. REIM has been servicing investors and the industry for almost 10 years and has a print and digital readership in excess 50,000 people. This makes for a great partnership mix.

SAPIN has further plans on expanding events into Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein and Windhoek, Namibia during 2017.
