The key system is programmed to your specific needs with a fitness program that allows you to monitor your progression as you exercise. All you have to do is plug your key into the equipment to make it your own. With touch-screen consoles & daily updates you will be blown away by what we can do for you, your body & your fitness.

Upon joining you will be given personalised treatment by our qualified trainer who will work out your body stats, requirements and best possible individual work out plan for you.
