Ruth offers set group classes during the week (see below). You can also get three friends together and create your own class at a time slot that suits your own needs.
She will do individual one-on-one injury rehab on request.
She is also available in the afternoon to teach children to swim (basic water safety).
She has 30 years experience as a swimming teacher and over 10 years as an aqua instructor.
Fixed slots:
1. Mon & Wed, 2.30-3.30pm - Conditioning & toning
2. Tues & Thurs, 8.30-9.30am - Cardio & toning
3. Fri, 8.30-9.30am - Aqua Boot Camp
