Running Worx

We believe running groups should be fun and for everyone. One of the great things about running is that almost everyone can do it. You don’t need athletic expertise and most runners start out with nothing more than a pair of running shoes.

At Running Worx (RWX) we provides people with the opportunity to improve their health and fitness while at the same time getting out of their homes and into the fresh air, enjoying everything their local area has to offer. We’ve found that running can often be lonely activity, and when you’re constantly running by yourself it can be difficult to stay motivated.

• Guides on every run - you'll never run alone
• Group runs every Saturday morning

Our mission is to help runners be the best that they can be and we hope that the RWX Community helps to fulfil that mission by getting more people to realize how much fun running can be and by supporting them along the way.
