Rumble in the Jungle

The title of the book was chosen to capture the change that is happening (rumble) in a place of untapped and rich resources, even a place of disorder (the jungle). African corporate leadership is this rich and somewhat untapped resource that has the potential to be the catalyst for sustainable change and transformation and usher in a positive shift for companies within Africa, for individual countries, and for the continent as a whole.

The author of this book, Norman Moyo, has in his experience in corporate leadership in Africa, often been amazed and indeed inspired by the effect that one individual can have on a community, a company, or even a country - sometimes good and sometimes bad, depending on their values, motives and actions. He has witnessed organisations change from disastrous to great because of wise choices by a few good men and woman in leadership positions.
