RS Consulting (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2016 by Ruan Jansen van Vuuren and Sean Reynolds, who saw a gap in the market for truly personalized accounting, tax and financial services. With a combined 10+ years of experience in the tax and accounting field in a variety of industries, the knowledge that was gained from prior experience lead to a decision to open a company that offers quality service and personalized treatment for clients.


RS Consulting (Pty) Ltd offer a variety of services from registering a company, through to performing monthly and annual statutory obligations in terms of the Income Tax Act and Company’s Act on behalf of its clients, as well as providing budgeting, cash flow forecasts and other management accounting techniques to better run your business.
