Rotary Club of Centurion

The Rotary Club of Centurion was chartered on the 10th June 1986. The Rotary Club of Centurion is part of the larger Rotary International organisation, and falls within District 9400. Currently we are 22 members strong (with 13 males and 9 females) and growing, led by our President for 2015/16, Felicity Jones. We are an active and hands-on club, and are welcoming to visitors and potential new members.

Membership requires active participation in projects and club activities, and provides no financial benefits to members. The club has no employees and therefore pays no salaries. All projects are achieved through the voluntary contributions (particularly of their time and effort) by members of the club and their families, and through requesting sponsorship and assistance from the public, businesses and/or organisations. We also have fundraising projects to raise funds to support the various projects and causes that we are involved with.

We regard fellowship as a foundation of our activities and success as a club. Apart from regular social activities, we see every project and club activity as an opportunity for fellowship and fun.
