Rooidam Cottages Description:
The Rooidam Cottages is a perfect stop-over in the Upper Karoo - halfway between Gauteng and the Cape Peninsula. Our farm is situated on the N12(10km south of Britstown and 1km off the N12). We offer our guests 2 exclusive 3 star self-catering cottages(Karee & Bloubos) which are clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable.
Lay-out:
Each unit has a main bedroom with a double-bed, an adjacent room with 2 single beds, a kitchenette-area and a bathroom. The Karee cottage has a full bathroom.

Directions:

From Gauteng: Drive through Britstown on N12 towards Cape Town. After 10km you will drive over a small bridge. Turn right at “Rooidam” sign 200m beyond the bridge. Drive through the white gate and follow the “cottage” signs towards the homestead. The farm is 1km off the N12. The gravel road is smooth and without nasty rocks.
From Cape Town: Turn left on N12 at Three Sisters. Drive through Victoria West. Turn left at the “Rooidam” sign 10km before Britstown. Drive through the white gate and follow the “cottage” signs towards the homestead.
