ROAST is a new concept coffee retail store based at the new retail section of the Gautrain Sandton station on West Street.

We are coffee lovers at heart. It's in our blood. Every cup is an opportunity to awaken a passion.

We aim to take coffee back to its roots, using only premium ingredients and made in traditional methods,
to extract the most flavour and offer the best drinking experience for coffee lovers like us.

Our House ROAST is carefully selected and hand roasted by us according to our taste profile - smooth, rich and full bodied.
Our Alternative ROASTS offer something special to our drinkers looking for a more exotic experience.

We source our beans from speciality organic and Rain Forest Alliance farms in Africa, South America and Asia.

Our beans are then hand-roasted in our Cape Town studio in small batches to extract the perfect flavour from each bean.

We also retail coffee-related equipment such as mokka pots, plungers, coffee beans and ground coffee, as well as a variety of specialist teas and equipment for the discerning drinker.
