River's Edge, Stanford

River's Edge is a charming, family-friendly home situated on the banks of the Klein Rivier in Stanford. It has three double bedrooms (two en suite) and a bunk room for children.

There is a large patio and a garden, perfect for lazy lunches and braais and the kitchen includes professional quality cookware (including a six plate gas stove) and cookbooks should the local market's ingredients inspire you.

River's Edge has recently undergone a subtle facelift and the result is a welcoming, comfortable space where guests will want to linger longer. The house is ideal for families and friends staying together and for those travelling with babies, there is a campcot, a high chair and a Microwave bottle steriliser included.

The house comes with DSTV should you wish it to be connected and there are boardgames too for family fun time. A wonderful summer destination, River's Edge is equally welcoming in the winter months - a state-of-the-art woodburning stove warms the house beautifully.

The property is situated on the Wandelpad which winds its way along the river, offering lovely views and plenty of birdwatching opportunities for enthusiasts. The village is a short stroll away and the house itself is situated in a quiet and safe cul de sac.
