Retief & SJ Meintjes Attorneys

Our firm was established in 2008, under the name and style of Retief Attorneys.

Mr SJ Meintjes entered into articles during about 2003 and served his articles at J van Zyl Beyers and Rautenbach Attorneys, as well as Nico Beyers Attorneys, whilst he was studying at the University of South Africa.

He completed his Bachelor of law degree in 2009, and was admitted as an attorney on 27 July 2010.

He accepted partnership at Retief Attorneys in January 2011, and the firms name was changed to Retief & SJ Meintjes Attorneys.

Mr Meintjes took over the firm as sole proprietor on 17 June 2012.

Mr Meintjes has right of appearance in the High Court, and has extensive court experience in general litigation in the High and Magistrate courts of South Africa.
