Rawson Properties Cape Agulhas

Our Chairman, Bill Rawson, entered the property industry in 1971 at the age of 21. After three years he became a partner in the business that employed him. In 1978, at the age of 29, he established his own agency and four years later he began to challenge other players in the marketplace, operating from a modest 40m2 office in Claremont, Cape Town. Today the Rawson brand is a forerunner in the South African property industry and comprises some 200 franchises and over 1000 Sales Partners nationwide.
