Protea Health and Safety Solutions (PTY)Ltd. will assist contractors and clients with the following day to day Health and Safety compliance aspects.

-Compiling and submitting site SHE files to clients for approval. (Contractor Packs)
-Reporting to management on site safety issues.
-Ensuring site legal compliance.
-Administrative tasks. (Updating safety files)
-Internal audits (Self and Sub Contractors)
-Induction training.
-Awareness training on Safety, Environmental, -Health & Hygiene issues.
-Coaching people on site on hazardous conditions and or acts.
-Sub contractor management.
-Compiling Risk Assessments.
-Reviewing of Risk Assessments
-Ensuring that the site facilities comply with hygiene standards.
-Ensuring that ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 are being adhered to by performing internal audits & site inspections.
-Ensuring that all incidents are reported and investigated and that all records of investigations are filed.
-Ensuring that supervisors and management are up to date with SHE legislation changes.
