Project Doctor offers holistic services in the disciplines of Project, Portfolio and Programme Management. Our focus is on ensuring successful project delivery for our clients, either by independent assessment of their project portfolios, helping clients to rescue troubled projects, or assisting clients with their project management processes and support infrastructures.
At Project Doctor we have a strong belief in the effectiveness of the Enterprise Programme Management Office (EPMO) as a strategy implementation tool. It is with this in mind that we focus much of our attention on implementing and optimising PMOs and EPMOs. We also develop review mechanisms that inform our clients of opportunities for improvement, and work with our clients to achieve higher levels of project, portfolio and project office maturity.
