The genesis of Primobile Digital Solutions idea originated out of the desire to provide organisations global best practices using proven methodology with measurable results to optimise the management of resources in order to achieve or exceed their goals through the use of the digital technology.For decades we made a simple observation.In organisation after organisation,regardless of the business,the size or the country they are in,we witnessed the same challenges and self-limiting patterns of behavior and performance.Each time, the problems were thought to be unique.And the solution:to shuffle,change the players.The only problem was,the same issues kept coming back.What we realised is that the vast majority of problems were not,in fact unique.Instead they were systemic and call for knowledge and tools that enable to operate at the optimum.
