Electrical Power Distribution:

Our company is registered with the Swaziland Electricity Company (SEC), Ubombo Sugar, United Plantations and Crookes Plantations to name a few. We do regular planned maintenance, break downs, services and large tendered projects.

Our area is not limited to the lowveld region and regularly do work in the other areas of the Kingdom.

Agriculture

We have become a TRUSTED service provider to the local and commercial farms in the region.

We are the local representatives for ABB low voltage motors and Variable Speed Drives through our partnership with JOAT (PTY) Ltd.

We have staff TRAINED on the VALLEY center pivots.

From new pump station design & installations to fault finding / maintenance on these systems as well as assisting with control of their electricity operating costs.

Domestic Installations

We undertake small, low cost, domestic and commercial type wiring projects sourced through return business, consultants and tenders.

We can provide certificate of compliance (COC) for wiring projects we have completed.

Air-conditioning / Refrigeration

We supply and install many split and window wall type units.

We have regular yearly maintenance contracts with commercial factories, farmers, Retail outlets and Domestic Housing.

We are the local agents for ECOAIRE and MITSUBISHI brands and hold accounts with all the other major brands.

Solar / Renewable Energy


With challenges of power shortages and the ever increasing cost of electricity POWER LINE has invested in the renewables market with staff training and sourcing the very best equipment available.

Since 2012 Power Line has been in partnership with Specialized Battery Systems & Victron Energy to design, supply and install solar systems for “Off Grid” application as well as back up for when there is no mains power available.

Our solar range also includes pool pumps, borehole and small booster pumps for various applications.

L.P. Gas Services:


We are proud to announce that we have gained accreditation with the L.P. Gas association of South Africa to do Domestic L.P. Gas installations and are able to issue a certificate of compliance (COC) for all our installations.

We have 2 trained staff members who are able to undertake jobs comprising of a maximum of 5 on & 5 off gas cylinders per installation.


Other:

We do workshop repairs to domestic appliances and overhaul electric motors.
We supply electrical parts, tooling and air-conditioners as requested by various customers and companies.

PROJECTS and EXPERIENCE

1) Lusip Dam: We did the complete camp establishment including the wiring, plumbing and air-conditioning of 25 houses. The supply and installation of 103 split air-conditioners for the houses and offices.
2) Rural electrification projects phase 2, 3 &4 for Swaziland Electricity Company.
3) Wiring of staff compounds for Ubombo Sugar.
4) Bulk sugar store lighting upgrade at Ubombo Sugar.
5) Bulk sugar conveyer upgrade.
6) The complete electrification of the Luso Vinos distillery in Mozambique.
7) The electrification of the evaporator’s at USA Distillery.
8) The electrification and air-conditioning of the new parliament building in Swaziland.
9) Yearly air-conditioning service for Crookes Plantations, Tambuti Estates and Maloma Colliery.
10) We have held the contract to do all the electrical maintenance at Crookes Plantations for the past nine years.
11) We also sub contract for other South African companies that get tenders in Swaziland.
