Portion 36 Olive Orchard

Portion 36 Olive Orchard is a boutique olive farm located in Devonvale, 7 km outside Stellenbosch in the Western Cape, South Africa.
The farm is owned and run by Arend Hofmeyr and Birgitta Silen.

We make high quality extra virgin oils in small quantities.The olives are handpicked, cold pressed and bottled unfiltered. We grow 7 different cultivars and press each separately to provide oils that meet every individual taste. Our most popular oil is the pure Coratina - a Tuscan style green, peppery and pungent oil. We also grow Kalamata olives processed by hand on the farm to relieve them from the bitterness but keeping the fresh natural olive taste and firm texture.
