PAINTING:
When a painting job is done poorly it begins to peel within a year. Our team of painters thoroughly inspects and prepares surfaces of the property before 2x coats are applied. We offer commercial and industrial painting services to ensure a clean and great look for your business.
Poly Sure Coating &Linings (PTY) Ltd provides a written three years warranty on all painting. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our work. We also keep the work area neat. Our painters go the extra mile to ensure your garden is kept clean throughout the project.
The following are general terms and conditions which are incorporated in each customers painting contract:
- We will protect all necessary areas with drop cloths
- Surfaces will be scraped of peeling paint and sanded. Glossy surfaces will be sanded to assure proper adhesion
- Deteriorated glazing compound around windows will be replaced and window panels will be razor cleaned and washed(if applicable)
- All cracks in wood will be filled with a proper sealer. If wood repairs are needed, customers will be notified
- Areas of bare wood will be primed
- When job is complete, paint residue and debris will be cleaned up and taken away
- Due to conditions that may not be observable at the time of evaluation, additional repairs/costs may become necessary. Customers will be notified at time of discovery if any such conditions later become apparent and will be required to sign an additional work order for said repairs

WATERPROOFING:
We specialise in a single component eco friendly rubberising with various colors to choose from. Our rubberising is SABS approved UV resistant acrylic based compound for corrosion protection and moderate abrasion.
Our product provides excellent corrosion protection and a good non skid surface. It has excellent abrasion resistance in moderate applications such as fibre-cement, roof tiles sealer, corrugated iron galvanized steel roof sealer, concrete sealer, pond sealer, waterproofing, walkways, nonslip floors and industrial gutters etc.
Our rubberising provides good sound dampening, corrosion and chemical resistant properties on vibrating equipment. Materials are water base and non toxic. No noxious fumes during painting and no need for solvents. Clean up is conducted with water and no harmful solvents is used. Multiple coats can be applied in the same day if higher dry film thickness are required
Our waterproofing comes with a 5-8 years (maintenance free) written guarantee
Surface preparations:
- Roof or gutter surface to be washed with a eco cleaner that is SABS approved and environmental friendly
- If rust occur it shall be treated with metal treat primer and sealer
- If cracks occur it shall be repaired with a suitable geo membrane or flexible sealer
- Surface to be primed according specification
- 2-3 coats rubberising to be applied (color of your choice)
