We are a new-generation training facility focused on functional and athletic, workouts. Instead of using machines, we use basic equipment such as kettle bells, TRX and battling ropes, boxing bags, box jumps and other functional body weight exercises.
We have a different fitness philosophy, housing some of the best ex professional athletes with a good understanding of fitness and training. We offer a combination of personal training and fitness group exercise classes with no more than five people at a time.
