PlanServ (Pty) Ltd provides professional Town and Regional Planning services to developers, private property owners and local, provincial and national government.

The company is based in Potchefstroom, North West Province, but services are offered countrywide.

The company's purpose is to provide a superior professional planning service through the effective use of resources, continuous communication with and involvement of clients as well as sharing responsibility with them in fulfilling their needs and realizing their vision.

The director, Mrs. Madie Coetzee (Pr. Pln. A/1524/2012), is a registered Professional Planner and her strengths are project management, organizational skills and professional work ethics. She obtained her degree Cum Laude while being employed full time. Mrs. Coetzee is a member of the Golden Key International Honours Society for exceptional academic achievements. She is also a member of SACPLAN and SAPI.
