Our studio can be located in the 21 Estcourt Avenue, Wierdapark, with ample parking that is safe to allow you to do your workout with ease of mind. The studio is fully furnished with all types of Pilates equipment. The equipment ranges from Pilates beds used in Private and rehabilitation sessions to Wunda chairs and spine correctors used for trio duet and group classes. The equipment that is then commonly used for our groups classes are magic circles, Pilates Balls, and foam rollers
