Le Matt Rentals has rentals in 4 complexes total around 275 units. One of the complexes
of 160 units in the Boksburg area is a year old and has numerous maintenance issues still
being resolved.
I would not hesitate in recommending both Fre -Flo Building & Maintenance and Pikes
Electrical for any of your maintenance needs. They are prompt, efficient, and fair in their
costings. Their response to emergency situations has been beyond my expectations as they
are based in Roodepoort and have been capable of servicing our complex in the Boksburg
area without any problem. In my experience with them, should a problem not be resolved on
the first call out through no fault of their own, they do not charge a second call out fee or
labor, only the replaced items. We are kept up to date on a daily basis on the progress of
jobs being done. They make my job all that much easier as they are in direct communication
with the tenant in order to make appointments. Our tenants commend them on their prompt
response and friendly, professional attitude.
We have given them quite a lot of work of late and have complemented them on their service
on numerous occasions.
We have had other service providers whose work turned out to be unsatisfactory, failed to
follow through with appointments or have just disappeared. This has been to our detriment in
our business dealings as a Rental Agency in the past.
Ultimately a company is only as good as the people/service providers it surrounds itself with
and at this time Le Matt Rentals look very good, thanks to Fre-Flo and Pikes.
