WHY WE DO IT: We want you to experience the joy that flavourful cakes can bring! We believe cake has to be incredibly delicious and not just pretty… FLAVOUR is what drives me. We’ve had one too many dry, tough cupcakes with nauseating pink icing. Cake should be so delicious that you get emotional over it. Our philosophy is yumminess. I love the value and simplicity behind being a professional home baker. Keeping it small will enable me to maintain our originality, flavour and value.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE:
WE OFFER A FLAVOUR EXPERIENCE, NOT JUST ANOTHER PIECE OF CAKE. Try it and you’ll see what I mean.
A song can be written about our cream cheese frosting. We don’t ever, for any reason, use buttercream or fondant. Everything involved in our baking is there for a reason - to be delicious! We are not skimpy, but use quality ingredients generously. Our bakes are honest and fresh.
