Phelamanga is registered with the Department of Labour and accredited with TETA. Our accreditation registration code is TETA14-523.

Why accreditation and who is TETA?

TETA is one of the SETAs that are a development quality partner (DQP) as well as the quality assurance partner (QAP) of the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO). The ETQA unit is responsible for ensuring that quality training is provided in line with the South African Quality Assurance (SAQA) and QCTO criteria. As a TETA accredited provider we have met the requirements to ensure quality training.

Training and skills development ensures a holistically developed, strong and motivated workforce. We work with clients to determine their needs and various options for skills development, assessment and determination of capacity.
