Pawback (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black woman owned procurement house, project and quality consulting and training company.

Pawback regards itself as an EFFICIENCY SOLUTIONS PROVIDER. Pawback (pronounced POUR BACK) started off as a sole proprietor in April 2007 providing training and consulting services to individuals/business executives in surrounding communities as a give back activity – a selfless service rendered at little or no compensation. Pawback was formally registered March 2015 as a legal business entity prompted by a leading Enterprise Development Fund Manager and his contracted enterprise development mentoring supplier who offered Pawback their first Financial Literacy Training Contract.

Pawback Academy is a Sage Pastel Approved Training Centre (ATC QUI0418 registered 2013) that was established following the initial introduction of the product in 2013 for Financial Reporting purposes to a strut entrepreneur. Expanding Pawback value offering to include the complete SAGE One Product range as a solution to clients was a logical next step. The extended Certified Schools Products Range further increased business prospects not only amongst corporate citizens but also at the domestic front amongst competitive academic institutions – the ideal work readiness programme for learners with poor subject choices at school level or additional schools programme for aspiring young leaders.

The growing demand for Pawback Solutions necessitated the inclusion of accredited training facilitators over and above the certified product trainers required from all ATC's: The Pawback team of facilitators now included specialists in the following fields – all accredited in their own field of specialisation:

• Quality Management Systems (QMS) Auditor
• Safety, Health and Environment (SHEQ) Inspector
• Legal and Insurance/Risk management Specialist
• Psychometrist and Organisation Development Specialist
