Paula Tape - a woman inspired by passion and respect for all kind of arts. A human with a true love for music that constantly fuels her journey around the globe and has eventually led her to relocate from her native club scene of Santiago de Chile to the vibrant old world. Living between Barcelona/Spain and Milan/Italy catapulted her to new shores and propelled the exploration of European house. House, disco and garage roots are the foundations of the emotional sessions that made her prominent in clubs as La Feria, Salón Cienfuegos, Ex Salita and festivals as Mutek in the motherland Chile. During her south-american days she has grabbed sessions for Radio Zero, Radio Vicious/Chile, Vicious Magazine/Madrid, TunnelFm/Sweden, Generation BPM/Buenos Aires among others. Whether offering warm up sets for Miguel Campbell and Danny Daze or promoting hometown parties “SamplerNight” she has never halted her personal musical evolution besides her fury to play drums and collect vinyl. Since her italian stay she has played various clubs and private events revamping her funk house music background.

Paula Tape è una donna ispirata dalla passione per tutte le arti e la passione più forte è per la musica. Una benzina che alimenta la sua continua ricerca e la spinge a viaggiare per il mondo fino ad allontanarsi dalla scena dei club della nativa Santiago de Chile per approdare al “vecchio mondo” europeo. Vivendo tra Barcellona e Milano ha continuato la sua esplorazione del suono house e dei sottogeneri lasciandosi contaminare da nuovi movimenti musicali. La ricerca e l’eclettismo sono la materia con cui ha plasmato il suo stile come le fondamenta su cui costruisce le sue session emozionali.
